My Approach
I believe you are more than a diagnosis or a collection of symptoms. My approach looks at the ways trauma, attachment, and ADHD can intersect and shape the way you experience yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.
Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” I’m interested in understanding, “How did you survive?”
What may look like a symptom or destructive habit can often be an attempt to cope with overwhelming internal experiences.
Our work is collaborative, dynamic, and neurodiversity-affirming. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, attachment-focused EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices to help you explore deeper patterns while also developing practical tools for everyday life.
My Background
My passion for this work comes from my own experience with the transformative power of therapy. That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting others as they navigate their own paths toward healing and self-discovery.
I work with teens, adults, and couples who may be struggling with complex trauma, ADHD, attachment wounds, relational conflict, or patterns that have developed as ways of surviving difficult experiences.
Whether you’re working to heal old wounds, better understand your neurodivergence, or create healthier relationships, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin creating something different.
