About me
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. I am trained in BrainSpotting Level 1 and hold a certificate in Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, which I integrate into sessions to support healing and growth. After experiencing the transformative power of therapy in my own life, I felt inspired to support others in their journeys toward healing and self-discovery. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to explore challenges and discover new paths forward.
I use BrainSpotting to help clients process trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients reframe negative thought patterns and build healthier coping strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop psychological flexibility by accepting difficult thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them and mindfulness to help clients focus on the present moment. I work from an attachment and psychodynamic theory to explore how early childhood bonds with caregivers shape adult relationship patterns and emotional regulation to help understand the root of relationship problems to foster emotional growth and heal attachment wounds from the past.
I work with teens, adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and trauma.
When I’m not in session, you can find me hiking, reading a good book or trying a new recipe.
